Unlike traditional culture-based methods\, which rely on growth\, BFPC systems detect intrinsic or extrinsic biological fluorescence to enumerate microbiological particles. This enables real-time\, continuous monitoring with an enhanced sensitivity often surpassing that of conventional culture-based techniques. In the context of pharmaceutical water systems\, BFPC technology offers numerous advantages\, including enhanced in-process monitoring and control\, faster recovery times for production\, improved investigations\, and energy efficiency applications.
